This is a free class to all VFIS insureds and host departments, and is approved by and meets all of the standards of the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Ohio Fire Academy and NFPA.

This is a 2-Day, 16-Hour Class. Hosting a class will save your Department travel time and money. Plus, you are helping other area Departments by providing a place for them to receive training.

Requirements to host a class are: a classroom that holds at least 30 people all seated at tables, a parking lot at least 300’ x 300’ (may be slightly smaller) and 100 traffic cones.
